We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new FITness habits can be challenging and barriers are real. The word change is found within challenge. Our goal is to change your view on FITness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Let FIT 2 Flee support you on your journey. With years of success and experience, we are capable of creating a FITness plan and lifestyle that will help you reach your goals. I have been on both sides as a client and instructor. In 2019 I started at a gym as a client, transitioned to Accountability Coach, then Business Marketing Manager, Corporate Instructor, and now Program Director. I am certified in 4 AMPD Strong formats with disciplines in both cardio, strength, and interval training. I also have a plethora of my own boot camp driven personal and group workouts. In April 2020, FIT2Flee was born for a FIT mind, body, and spirit. Ultimately preparing and actively working towards fleeing a worldly perspective of what FIT appears to be and discovering what being FIT is for you.
